Game Day Procedure!
Meet - At the field unless there is a team dinner scheduled (coaches will announce this ahead of time!)
In the case of a team dinner, meet in Phase 3 @ Canton. We will then arrive at the game as a team!! (Note: you may wear practice clothes to team dinner, just make sure that all parts of your uniform are in your cheer bag!)
Things to Pack in Cheer Bag:
-Hair bow (either white or red)
-White ankle socks w/ no writing!
-Shell and skirt
-White bodysuit & red briefs
-Cheer Shoes (please make sure they're clean)
-Black Pants
-Warm ups (pants & jacket)
-Tape or ribbon to hang up your poster
-Water
-Bug spray (optional)
DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR POSTERS!!
Be Prepared- Have hair/make-up done prior to arrival. Hair must be either all up, or ½ up. . .NO EXCEPTIONS!
Arriving @ the field- Place everything on sideline, hang up posters, and then warm up stunts and tumbling!
National Anthem- L hand behind your back & R hand over heart. NO talking, NO waving to friends, eyes only on flag, you may sing along if you like but not jokingly. After the national anthem get in your chant lines!
During game- NO TALKING IN LINE! Captains will call chants (unless otherwise designated by your coaches). There are no bathroom breaks (go before the game or at halftime), no cell phones, no iPods or cd players.
Halftime- We will sit as a team and watch the Chiefettes perform! After that you may go to the bathroom, get a drink, etc.
After halftime- You must be back on the track at 2 minutes prior to the start of 3rdquarter! Don't be late!
After game- Take down your posters, make sure coaches have no announcements before you leave!
